Once the client’s photos are scanned (or digital copies provided), Memories Archive will carefully enhance and organize each image. After editing, a review link will be sent for the client to preview the photos.
This is the stage to request adjustments such as cropping, color correction, or additional enhancements before the slideshow design begins.
The client will review all photos and decide if any should be added or removed.
Once the photo selection is approved, Memories Archive will proceed with designing the slideshow layout.
Before design begins, Memories Archive will work with the client to confirm the order of photos and music selections. Completing the Information Sheet helps ensure that the photos and songs are perfectly matched to the story or occasion being celebrated.
The client will receive a first draft slideshow, showing every photo in order and how each image aligns with the chosen music.
This is the time to:
- Rearrange photos that are out of order
- Update title slides or captions
- Replace or adjust songs
After receiving feedback, Memories Archive will make the requested revisions and prepare a final draft for review.
The client will review the completed slideshow to confirm that all changes have been made.
Please note: Any revisions requested after final approval will incur a $25 fee.
Once approved, the final slideshow will be:
- Saved to a flash drive in organized folders
- Delivered digitally if preferred
- Ready to share, display, or gift for any special event
